My seventh day! 8,AUG,2007

Today, we went to WUSA Channel9. We toured the station and watched live news broadcast. It was exciting. Fortunately, we could take individual pictures with J. C. Hayward, who is a famous news anchor. I was so glad to do that! On the way to go back College Park, a train suddenly stopped and the station closed down because of suspicion about terrorism. It took my breath away, but nothing happened. So, I was relieved so much! Tomorrow, we will go to Inter-American Development Bank.

I'm a bit upset that the incident at the Metro station scared everyone for nothing, but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry! I'm looking forward to reading your post about IDB!

Hello, Yuka.

I really liked the photos that you added to your blog. They caught my attention!

The trip from WUSA Channel 9 back to College Park must have been quite an adventure! I'm relieved that nothing happend and that your trip had a happy ending.

What did you think about the IDB, Annapolis, the bay cruise, and the museum visits? What activity did you enjoy most?

I hope you continue to have a good time in Maryland, and I look forward to reading more of your thoughts in your blog.

Best wishes--

Dennis in Phoenix

Our lives have changed so much with the advent of terrorism, but fortunately it usually amounts to no more than an inconvenience. Congratulations on adding your photo to the blog post!
